FISCAL RESPONSIBILITY
The responsible management of tax dollars is a fundamental pillar of my approach to city governance. I believe that every tax dollar collected from the hardworking residents of Provo should be used judiciously and efficiently to benefit our community.
If elected as your city council representative, I am committed to promoting transparency and accountability in our city’s budgeting process. I will work tirelessly to ensure that taxpayer money is invested wisely in essential services and infrastructure projects that enhance the well-being of all Provo residents.
CONTROLLING APARTMENT GROWTH
Unchecked apartment sprawl can have detrimental effects on our city’s character and livability. I understand the concerns of many residents regarding this issue, and I am dedicated to addressing it head-on. In the past years we have built many new apartment buildings, I would like to see more condominiums and townhouses being built that are more affordable for first time buyers. Home ownership for those who want it is a key part of the American Dream.
As a candidate, I will advocate for balanced and responsible growth policies that prioritize the interests of our current residents while also accommodating the needs of newcomers. I believe in striking a careful balance that encourages sustainable development while preserving the unique charm of our beloved Provo.
